1. The kick-off workshop on “Innovative Financial Scheme for Sustainable Development of Renewable Energy in Rural Areas in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam”, a project supported under EC-ASEAN Energy Facility (EAEF) was held on 22 & 23 July 2004 at Horizon hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam.
2. The meeting was organized by Institute of Energy, a project partner and attended by all project partners from Innovation Energie Developpement (IED, France), ETC Energy foundations (ETC, Netherlands), M.C.BALAMIENTO and Associates inc. (MBA, Philippines), Institute of Energy (IoE, Vietnam). The representative from Ministry of Industry (MOI) and Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) were also in attendance.
